Paige Presnell is a licensed General Contractor and development and construction professional with over 34 years of diverse experience delivering projects of many types. As President of PBJ Enterprise Company for 22 years and Vice President of two other construction companies, Paige has been involved in the design and construction of over 1.1 million sf of retail shopping centers, 500,000 sf of retail and restaurant buildouts, over 200,000 sf of office space, over 750 multifamily townhouse and apartment units and 40 automobile dealerships nationwide.
In the automobile dealership space, Paige was an innovator in designing and constructing parking garages at dealerships which is now common practice. He has been a Real Estate Broker for 34 years and brokered retail, office and warehouse transactions.
In 2019 and 2020, Paige has provided select construction management services to Seritage Growth Properties. Paige graduated from University of Missouri – Columbia and proudly served in the USMC. Paige is LEED AP BD&C, NP accredited.
