Pete Gallo is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in all facets of land planning and civil engineering. Since 2001, he has been President of LandPlan Engineering Group where he oversees land development and civil engineering projects for public and private clients, including the provision of services on several projects for Seritage Growth Properties. Pete has extensive experience with site due diligence studies and entitlement and permitting for projects of all types, including malls, shopping centers, residential developments and warehouses.
Prior to establishing LandPlan Engineering Group, Pete’s roles included Director of Development and Civil Engineering at Keith & Schnars in Fort Lauderdale where project engagements included site plan and final construction plan preparation on millions of square feet of retail developments, as well as serving as City Engineer for four South Florida municipalities. Prior to that, Pete was Partner with Abbington-Ney Associates in New Jersey where he directed a staff of 60 persons, and Project Engineer at Woolpert Consultants in Dayton, Ohio.
Pete is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, New Jersey and Ohio.
